The hotel had a great attention to detail with its Cuban-themed decorations throughout the property. The rooms were clean and the beds, although narrow, were comfortable. I also appreciated the nice shower in the bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our needs, such as serving breakfast earlier than usual. Despite the lack of natural ventilation, the fan provided helped to cool down the room.

The hotel could improve by offering better natural ventilation or even air conditioning in the rooms.

The restaurant at this venue is within walking distance and everything was perfect, making it a lovely spot for a city break.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for such a lovely place.
